Fermenter

There are two types of fermenters that are generally obtainable:
Food grade plastic buckets.
Glass carboys.
The plastic buckets are somewhat less pricey as compared to the glass, and are much safe as well as easy to handle. The buckets are on an average of 6 gallons, providing 1 gallon of head space for the fermentation process, which is generally adequate. The buckets have the exceptional option of being fitted with spigots.There are two sizes normally obtainable, a 6 1/2 gallon size that is ideal for primary fermentations and a slightly smaller 5 gallon size which is perfect for secondary fermentation.

Filtration

The machine adopts filter plate in horizontal, solid and reliable, not easily deformed, long service life, filter cake formed in the filtrating process is stable.
The boil must be conducted so that is it even and intense. The boil lasts between 50 and 120 minutes, depending on its intensity, the hop addition schedule, and volume of wort the brewer expects to evaporate.

CIP refers to the use of a mix of chemicals, heat and water to clean machinery, vessels or pipe work without dismantling plant. The process can be one shot, where everything goes to drain, or recovery, which recycles most of the liquid. Overall, CIP can be a very efficient way of cleaning

PLC

A Programmable Logic controller, PLC or Programmable Controller is a digital computer used for automation of electrochemical processes. PLC programmable system can realize the start-up and shut down time control of agitator,raker,wort pump. Concentrated display of fermentation tank temperature control, pressure control and periodic range control. Start up control of refrigerating unit and water circulation pump.

Plate Heat Exchanger
The wort flows from the brew kettle through a plate heat exchanger (very similar to a radiator) where cold water cools it from a near boiling temperature to approximately 65 degrees Fahrenheit. In the process of cooling the wort, the cooling water becomes heated and is stored in the hot water back.
